is advisable to carry out a debriefing in order to learn from mistakes,
prevent recurrence and aim at improvement. By means of a series of detailed
interviews and shared debriefing, we are able to leverage experiences and
enhance the work environment.
Sometimes, it is advisable to examine an organization´s strengths and
weaknesses in order to be aware of new opportunities available as well as
actual or virtual threats (SWOT).
During brainstorming in meetings it is also appropriate to carefully note
all ideas which could eventually lead to new paths if properly identified
